LG has launched a very sturdy and tough handset for everyday use- the X venture. If you are using the AT&T internet connection, then X venture is definitely a feasible and good option for you. LG has very recently showcased this device, but this phone is launched exclusively for AT&T. Since, it’s a carrier exclusive product, it is offering many interesting features and specifications. For example, X Venture is offering IP68 rating with MIL-STD 810 testing.
The IP68 Rating implies the phone will continue to work in up to 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes. Even though the phone hasn’t been available physically, but the image shows a textured back side of the phone. The textured back is for convenient grip and hold. Venture X will also have a “glove mode” that will allow the screen to be used by people who are wearing gloves up to 2 mm in thickness.
The device will be equipped with a 5.2-inch 1080p display with Corning Gorilla Glass, a 16MP rear camera with 5MP front-facing camera, Quick charging feature and a humongous battery of 4100 mAh that will have the phone recharged from 0 to 100 percent in 2 hours.
It’s reported that LG X venture sports a dedicated side button that’s designed specifically for the exclusive Outdoor Essentials app. The main specifications include Android 7.0, a Snapdragon 435 processor, 2GB RAM, and a large 4100mAh battery. Besides, a number of features designed for outdoor uses are included. These are a barometer, a compass, and counters to record steps, distance and calories burned. The app also has weather info and includes a flashlight.
the LG X venture will be available starting on May 26 for $11 a month for 30 months with an eligible service plan.
