After Apple sued the Korean based company, Samsung now it is their turn to do the same with Apple. The rivalry between the biggies have taken a new turn when Samsung accused Apple of imitating its Galaxy note which was launched way back in 2011. It claims that the concept of producing a 5.5 inch phone, Apple iPhone 6 Plus, has been copied from Galaxy Note which has a 5.3 inch screen. A new phase of Apple vs Samsung starts
Since then there has been a video of the latest Galaxy Note 4 which in one its part has mocked at Apple by showing a tweet from a certain person who says that the new iPhone 6 Plus looks a lot similar to the Galaxy Note series. Another tweet describes Apple’s latest venture by launching the 5.5 inch phone as a fresh idea which Samsung is already excelling at for the past several years.
Way back in 2011 when Samsung announced the large screen Note, it got a lot of criticism due the screen size which was too large for that time. And also Apple was against such big screen phones. But with the changing time and market demands, Apple had to reconsider its statement and came up with iPhone 6 Plus. Now if Samsung files a lawsuit claiming imitation from Note, there will be news for war-in-court for both the companies.
Apple is supposed to release its latest iPhones beginning 19th September this year while the Galaxy Note 4 by Samsung is scheduled for launch in the first half of October.
