LG’s new teaser shows Android phone with Ticker Display on the main screen [Video]

LG has launched a teaser video that addresses for a new event on October 1, 2015. This is exactly two days after the Google Nexus launch where on of the manufacturer is LG. Despite of that LG has planned for a later launch which can indicate two things. Either LG is overtly confident with their new Android Smartphone or there might be some deal between Google and LG. Keeping aside this discussion, the teaser video is equivocal and mysterious where a lady gets a part of her locks chopped off and then the date 2015.10.1 appears along with a faded structure of the phone.

While the exact meaning of the ad is unclear but rumors are making rounds that it is the same Android smartphone with a ticker display on the main screen. Infamous leaker Evan Blass unveiled the same device from LG few weeks back amd revealed that the name of the phone will be LG V10.

Samsung in the past showcased device with ticker display but it could not impress the users. This time LG is trying its hand on ticker display and quite strategically places the ticker horizontally at the top, right where the front camera is to be positioned. The exact specs have not been known but if reports are to be believed then tge new handset is going to have a large 5.7-inch 2K display, 3 GB of RAM and a never before seen Snapdragon 807
