Watching movies with parents has embarrassed us since eternity and will continue to do so. I sill remember the time, when our entire family went for the Oscar winning movie Titanic. While Jack was sketching Rose, we kids were giggling and our elders were stunned in embarrassment. Now there is a way out to get rid of this embarrassment. While you plan to watch a movie with your family, check out if it’s appropriate to watch with your family. There is a small web app called CringeMDB.
The CringeMDB app lets you enter the name of an English movie under the field “Can you watch the movie with your parents?” When you input a name, it will suggest you the movie name and you can select it from the dropdown list. If the movie is safe, the application will show you “Certified Parent Safe” or else will show “Certified Cringeworthy”.
The application has limited data in their database and can only test movies from 1995 to 2015. If you agree with the rating you can click I agree or else click “Disagree” to show that you don’t accept their rating.
