Some astoundingly shocking news have come into play about one of the most popular security service providers Kaspersky. Some ex-employees have unveiled these shocking news about the company that the Moscow based company had been sabotaging its rival companies. The companies which have been victimized are Microsoft Corporation, Avast Software, AVG Technologies NV etc.
The secret activities of Kaspersky involved marking benign computer files as harmful which is derogatory for the well being of a computer, deleting some important files and disabling system files from the computer without notice. When Kaspersky was asked about the allegation, they said,”Our company has never conducted any secret campaign to trick competitors into generating false positives to damage their market standing,” Kaspersky said in a statement to Reuters that, “Such actions are unethical, dishonest and their legality is at least questionable.”
The alleged victims were contacted for comment. Microsoft, AVG Technologies, and others said that they have found malicious activities by third parties but they had no idea that Kaspersky was anyway related. The ex-employees said that Kaspersky has been carrying out sheer wanton sabotage since a decade.
